Current Turnaround Time
All my items are Ready to Ship and will ship within the week of purchase!

Worldwide Shipping:
Yes, I ship internationally!

NOTE:  I will ship to the address you specify during Paypal checkout. If your package is returned to me due to an incorrect address, I will contact you and then send another invoice to cover additional shipping costs.

Shipping will be through the USPS. All domestic orders will ship First Class Mail (3-7 day service), and all international orders will ship USPS First Class Mail (usually 10-14 days worldwide, however, it can longer)

Customs Information: 
Customs forms are required with each international mailing. I will declare the correct value of the contents and label it appropriately. The customer is responsible for any and all customs fees. 

Tracking Information:
All domestic orders will receive tracking information via Paypal.  I do not offer tracking on international packages.

Lost or Damaged Items:
Devoted Knits is not responsible for any lost, undelivered or damaged items. For international customers, before contacting me regarding your order whereabouts if you have already received notification of shipment, please contact your local customs department to see if your package is being held there for any reason. 

Upgraded Shipping:
Please contact me directly before purchase regarding Priority or Express shipping.
